Dr. Ashlee has been involved with an organization called Christian Veterinary Mission since she attended veterinary school. CVM sends veterinarians, vet techs/assistants, students, and support staff all over the world and in the United States. Its goal is to provide low-cost and no-cost veterinary services while sharing the gospel and love of Jesus Christ. Additionally, they provide support to veterinary students as they navigate the difficulties of school and to veterinary personnel as they navigate the career world.

 

Dr. Ashlee participates in their trip to the Navajo reservation in Arizona almost every year. The team performs veterinary services during the day and invites the community to a bible study and meal every night.
